What HeadingWhere.com is

HeadingWhere.com is a free travel inspiration site. It helps you compare destinations by climate, activities, travel time and more. We are not a travel agency: you cannot book through us, and we are not a party to any booking you make with a partner.

Information on the site

We build our information from public and licensed sources and check it carefully, but travel information changes. Opening hours, prices, entry rules, safety advice and climate data can be outdated or incomplete. Always check important details with the official source before you travel, such as your government's travel advice.

Partners and commission

Some links lead to partners, such as ticket, pass and travel providers. We may receive a commission if you book through such a link; this does not change your price. The partner's own terms and privacy statement apply to your booking.

Smart search

Smart search uses a language model to understand your question. The outcome is a suggestion, not advice. Do not enter personal details such as names, addresses or contact information.

Photos and content

Photos and texts come from us, our partners and openly licensed sources. Credits are shown where the licence requires them. You may not copy content from the site in bulk or scrape the site automatically without our permission.
